House of the Muse — Terms of Membership

These Terms of Membership ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Member," "you") and Sabi Dhillon, doing business as MyndSpace Creative Studio ("MyndSpace," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Orange County, California, regarding your purchase of and participation in the House of the Muse membership ("Membership").

By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

1. What the Membership Is

House of the Muse is an open online creative community hosted on the Circle platform. Your Membership includes:

  • Access to the House of the Muse community spaces

  • Monthly resource drops from Sabi Dhillon

  • Access to The Library — a collection of tools, practices, and resources

Your Membership does not include: live calls, group coaching, one-on-one sessions, mentorship, personalized feedback, or direct access to Sabi Dhillon. Those offerings are part of a separate program (Become The Art) with its own terms and pricing.

We may add, modify, remove, or replace community features, resources, and content at any time at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Membership. By purchasing, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Billing and Payment

  • The Membership fee is $90.00 USD per month, billed on a recurring basis.

  • Your first payment is charged at checkout. Subsequent payments are charged automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel.

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors through the Circle platform. We do not store your full payment card details.

  • Prices may change. If we change the Membership price, we will provide notice in advance, and the new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the Membership may be suspended or terminated.

  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Membership at any time through your Circle account settings or by emailing sabeeha@mymyndspace.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain access until that date.

  • Cancelling stops future charges. It does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

5. Refund Policy

All Membership payments are final and non-refundable. Because the Membership provides immediate access to digital content and community resources, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds are offered for any billing period, including unused time after cancellation, except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Membership — including but not limited to resources, guides, worksheets, videos, audio, written materials, frameworks, methods, The Library, and the Become The Art name and curriculum — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sabi Dhillon / MyndSpace Creative Studio, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use while your Membership is active.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or republish any Membership content

  • Sell, resell, license, or commercially exploit any Membership content

  • Teach, repackage, or incorporate the content or methods into your own programs, courses, or offerings

  • Share your account login or provide Membership access to non-members

  • Record, screenshot, or redistribute community discussions or member content

This license ends when your Membership ends.

7. Member Content and Community Conduct

You are responsible for anything you post in the community. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the community for the purpose of operating the Membership.

You agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect

  • Keep what other members share inside the community confidential

  • Not promote, pitch, sell to, or solicit other members without our express permission

  • Not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful

  • Not spam, scrape, or misuse the community platform

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate any Membership, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to the community. Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.

8. No Guarantees

The Membership provides educational and creative resources and a community environment. We make no promises, guarantees, or warranties of any kind regarding outcomes or results, including creative, personal, professional, or financial results. Your results depend entirely on you. Any examples of member experiences or results are illustrative only and are not a promise of your own experience.

9. Not Professional Advice

The Membership and all of its content are provided for educational, informational, and creative purposes only. Nothing in the Membership constitutes, or is a substitute for, professional advice of any kind, including:

  • Mental health care. The Membership is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and Sabi Dhillon is not acting as a therapist, counselor, or health care provider. If you are experiencing a mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

  • Medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals for those matters.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

10. Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Membership, including engaging with reflective and creative practices and community discussion, is voluntary. You acknowledge that reflective work can bring up difficult emotions, and you accept full responsibility for your participation and for seeking appropriate professional support if needed.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE MEMBERSHIP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE MEMBERSHIP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT THE CIRCLE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (INCLUDING CIRCLE AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS) ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SABI DHILLON, MYNDSPACE CREATIVE STUDIO, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE MEMBERSHIP OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE MEMBERSHIP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE MEMBERSHIP IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sabi Dhillon and MyndSpace Creative Studio from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) content you post in the community; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your Membership at any time for violation of these Terms. We may also discontinue the Membership program entirely; if we do, recurring billing will stop and no further charges will be made.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the community or by email. Your continued Membership after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, your remedy is to cancel your Membership.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Membership will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court where jurisdictionally appropriate.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM WILL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY, AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

17. General

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Membership.

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
